Like almost all of the Perez models, the 620 is available with either a solid cedar top or a solid spruce top. This is the spruce model, named Abeto, and it offers a brighter more sparkling sound than the Cedro model. The Perez 620 is practically identical to the 610, except that the 620 has body bindings on the front and back where the 610 only has them on the front.

The Perez 620 Abeto has its solid top to thank for its full sound. Solid tops have a number of advantages compared to laminated tops, in that they provide more resonance for a fuller sound with more volume - all of which are essential characteristics for an acoustic guitar. Furthermore, you'll find that notes and chords get more sustain, meaning that they ring out longer after being played. Finally, the sides and back of the guitar are made from mahogany to add warmth to the sound, and they're accompanied by a 19-inch Indian rosewood fretboard.

The finish of this classical guitar simply radiates artisanship.
